Hello!

My name is Maria Gelabert. I was born and raised almost my entire life in Puerto Rico. I moved with my children to Colorado in 2006 and fell in love with the state. In Colorado I decided to become a teacher. I love teaching students and helping them succeed. Since then, I have helped countless students be successful. I have 2 amazing kids, my daughter Kimberly who is 21 years old, and my son Jonathan, who just started college. It is always an adventure in my house! We have a loving Chihuahua called Lola, she is very spoiled and she knows it! Blake a yellow labrador that is very hyper and loving. I enjoy working one-on-one with students because it gives me the chance to really get to know them and have a clear understanding of their needs. I believe all students deserve an exceptional education and a caring educator who will help them succeed. I will be with you every step of the way, even when we are not meeting in person you can always contact me by email, phone, text, etc. until we meet again. We are in this journey TOGETHER!
